Sinopis
Cuando accidentalmente un submarino nuclear naufraga, la carga
secreta que transportaba, un agente bioquímico, queda liberado.
Los afectados sufren una violenta mutación, y los
supervivientes deben luchar contra ellos. Por
otro lado, la nave es buscada por el resto de
la flota americana para destruirlo. Entre
ellos se encuentra Chris Kody, el mejor
mercenario del mundo, que ha sido
liberado de la prisión en la que
estaba, y que obtendrá el perdón
presidencial si consigue tener
éxito en su misión...
